Why I'm in a Dressing Gown/Bath Robe!

Your probably all wondering why I am in my dressing gown/bath robe at 5:00! Well, this is the story:


One afternoon Isobel was bored. She just didn't know what to do! She had done all her homework, she had checked her email, she had visited with her Grandmother (Nanny) and she had picked out he next book she would read and she was still very bored! So, she decided to be a BRAVE girl and go out in her garden! Now, I did not tell you it was pouring down with rain! So, now you can see why she was being BRAVE! So, she went outside to see if there was anything to do. There was! She pranced around the garden! Twirling and Swirling! Then she went back in. She was soaked! She was wet from head to toe. Her mum said she should go upstairs and put on her dressing gown/bath robe. So, thats why she's in a dressing gown/bath robe!

Chicken Piccata and Summer Pudding!

I do not mean to have put 2 posts about cooking in the last 2 days , but, I am convinced you will find this post interesting especially if your a cook! This post will show you how to make my favorite meal and dessert (we're having this tonight!) The dessert is Summer Pudding which is sold in England, and Chicken Piccata which is a recipe from the cookbook: Barefoot Contessa at Home!
Firstly I will show you how to make Chicken Piccata!



Ingredients:

Any amount your feeding Boneless, skinlss chicken breasts

1 cup All purpose flour, seasoned with pepper and salt

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups seasoned dried bread crumbs

good olive oil

3 tablespoons butter at room temperature

1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons),

1/2 cup dry white wine

Spaghetti

or

Salad Greens




Prepare:

place flour on one dish, eggs lightly beaten in a bowl, and breadcrumbs in another dish

preheat oven to 350 degrees



Instructions:

Pound chicken breasts flat (it's easiest to place chicken in a ziploc bag and smash with a rolling in.)

First cover chicken with flour, then dip in the egg, then cover with bread crumbs.

Boil water for pasta.

Put pasta in boiling water.

Fry breaded chicken in the olive oil. Turn when brown. When cooked place on a baking sheet in oven to keep warm.

Wipe out frying pan used to cook chicken. Melt all the butter in the frying pan.

Pour in White Wine and lemon juice.

Simmer until reduced by half.

Now make the salad (optional) sauce (optional too) by adding 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon lemon juice and whisking well.

I want to show you my awesome outfit I'm wearing today and where I got all the items!!!

Start from the bottom. There is my full AWESOME OUTFIT!!! Go up to the scarf, that is from Frankies on the Park, which is located on N. Clark Street Chicago, IL! Now go to the T- Shirt. This was from New Look (located in many places)! Now go up and look at the belt. This is from JIGSAW junior! Then go up and look at the jeans. These are from True Religion! Then the finishing touch is... the beautiful me!!! ( just kidding!)

My Yummy Yummy Breakfast!

So, I just had the most wonderful breakfast in the history of wonderful breakfasts! Though, it was a simple meal it was all perfectly cooked!!! I had a beautiful fried egg, it was white, gooey, yummy and just... BEAUTIFUL!!! And I had a terrific piece of toast! Buttery, crunchy, yummy and just... TERRIFIC!!! But, all in all, I wanted to show you it so, i took a photo of it! Though, You probably already saw it because it's right above these WORDS!!!

My Science Project!

So, You have all seen my Science project through a sneak peek, but you don't know what happened at the science fair! I presented to many people, and got many comments like this " You really know what your talking about!" and this " That is very interesting!" and this " Your board is very creative!" Even a evolutionary biologist came up to be listened to the whole presentation , asked about 5 questions, to a photo to share with his class and said it was very interesting! But, the only thing that went wrong was this: A boy whose science project was building a hover made so much noise! I couldn't even hear myself think! But all in all it was a great science fair!
